OverZelis Consulting is operated by Chris Zelis. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit overzelis.com, how it is used, and how it is protected.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the information you share in the form fields. When you make a purchase through the shop, payment is processed through Squarespace Commerce. We do not store your credit card information.

If you subscribe to the email list, we collect your email address. That is all.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, process your purchase, send you content you signed up for, and improve how this site works. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the services required to operate this site, including Squarespace, Google Analytics, and Google Calendar.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how vsitors interact with the site. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general location. No personally identifiable information is included. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
