The OverZelis Playbook and all Level Tools are digital products delivered electronically upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, email consulting@overzelis.com and we will make it right.

Licensing

All digital products sold through this shop are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Your purchase grants you individual access. Products may not be shared, reproduced, resold, or redistributed in any form. The OverZelis Method, its frameworks, toolsets, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Chris Zelis and OverZelis Consulting.

Consulting and session services

The Diagnostic and Leadership Intensive are booked and scheduled after purchase confirmation. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable.
